This is due to the increase in consumer spending. The Dairy Food market size over the forecast period (2012-2017), is predicted to grow at a CAGR of 2.08%.
The Puddings/Desserts sector is expected to see the largest category growth – at a CAGR of 3.94% between 2012 and 2017, whilst the Cheese sector will suffer a marked decline – at a CAGR of 0.88% during the same period.
